Specifically, the website is designed to educate both eye care professionals and patients about the environmental impact of contact lenses and eyewear, as well as the practical solutions for recycling and responsible disposal, according to a press release. The site includes instructions on how to properly dispose of lenses to minimize environmental effects; a directory of known recycling programs; a listing of green initiatives from select eye care manufacturers and industry bodies; and customizable resources and downloadable infographics.

Nordic Pharma Launches Generic Maxitrol in Partnership with Harrow
