ABB Verify is designed to help eyecare practices automate insurance verification and connect with patients. The updated platform formalizes this dual functionality into updated offerings. ABB Verify Validate focuses on the front end of the patient journey instantly checking vision benefit eligibility in real time, simplifying check-in for staff and patients, pulling authorizations when needed, and providing a single login to access all in-network vision insurance payers. The tool streamlines scheduled appointment workflows by automatically preparing eligibility and managing exceptions in advance, the company said. 

Engage by ABB Verify transforms routine patient outreach into a personalized experience. ABB Verify's original messaging feature helps practices identify patients due for an annual eyecare exam, and unused insurance benefits available to them. Engage by ABB Verify builds on that foundation with an even broader suite of communication tools: personalized appointment reminders, product pickup notifications with staff alerts for unread messages, standard recall, and automated review requests sent within 24 hours of each appointment to strengthen online reputation, the company said. OM
