Biometer/Pachymeter
The Tomey Corporation has received 510k clearance for the AL-2000 Biometer/Pachymeter.
In the biometry mode, the AL-2000 calculates IOL power with four formulas: SRK-II, SRK/T, Holladay and Haigis. The AL-2000 can display up to three lens constants for each formula chosen.
In the pachymetry mode, the AL-2000 can measure up to 25 points across the cornea. The measurement range of 150 to 1,500 µm lets you evaluate LASIK flaps, even those with the thickest corneas.
