ESSILOR OF AMERICA named Millicent “Millie” Knight, O.D., F.A.A.O., F.A.A.R.M., as senior vice president, customer development group and member of the leadership team. She replaces Dr. Howard Purcell, who is president at New England College of Optometry. Prior to joining Essilor Dr. Knight was vice president of professional affairs, North America, at Johnson & Johnson Vision. ■
