Vision Expo East 2021, originally scheduled to take place March 18 to March 21, is now scheduled for May 25 to May 28. The Vision Council and Reed Exhibitions, organizers of Vision Expo, share that the decision reflects a proactive approach to providing ample time for planning for exhibitors and attendees, and a consideration for health and safety, as the industry plans for the future amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
“While the event itself may look different than in years past, the elements of the show that make it so valuable to our community remain the same,” says Mitch Barkley, VP of trade shows and meetings at The Vision Council. “The vision care community has proved its resilience and innovative nature again and again over the past few months and we look forward to celebrating each other and facilitating valuable opportunities to conduct business and learning this spring.”
