THE REASONS
I may have a personal bias on this one, but I (and many others) find that a morning routine can set the tone for your entire day. I find that when I leave my day to chance, it’s easy to get sidetracked by distractions and unimportant tasks. A morning routine gives me more control over my day and leads to a greater sense of accomplishment by day’s end.
ACTION STEPS
- Write out your goals for the day, and prioritize the tasks needed to accomplish your goals.
- Read a chapter out of a book, or research one new topic each morning.
- Drink a glass of water, and meditate for 10 minutes. OM
