	Ben Gaddie, OD, FAAO, (moderator) practices at the Gaddie Eye Centers in Louisville, Kentucky, where he focuses on primary care, including many glaucoma patients. He is vice president of the Optometric Glaucoma Society and president of the Kentucky Optometric Association.
	Marc Bloomenstein, OD, FAAO, practices at the Schwartz Laser Eye Center in Scottsdale, Arizona. The practice focuses on cataract and refractive surgeries.
	Jim Thimons, OD, FAAO, is the Optometric Medical Director for Ophthalmic Consultants of Connecticut. The practice is a consultative specialty practice that serves Connecticut, Rhode Island and the New York City region. He is chairman of the National Glaucoma Society and a former president of the Connecticut Optometric Association.
	Rob Wooldridge, OD, FAAO, Salt Lake City, Utah, directs the Eye Foundation of Utah, a co-management center for optometrists. He principally provides glaucoma care and diagnoses and treats other medical surgical diseases.
