Define your customer avatar, as all your marketing is going to their wants, needs, interests and pain points. Use your EHR to pull the data, and you’ll see who your average patient is very quickly.
GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR
Determine what a positive outcome — a ROI — looks like to you. That’s the only way you’ll be able to figure out whether your digital marketing is working.
ADD VALUE
Having a handle on the digital landscape makes you marketable. To an older doctor who can respect the value of digital marketing, but doesn’t have the time or the resources to take it on, you’ll be very valuable if you know your digital stuff. OM
