AOAExcel announced in a press release its endorsement of VisionHQ, a platform designed to simplify the process of in-office membership plans for optometric practices. Specifically, the platform automates administrative tasks, streamlines billing, renewals, patient compliance, benefit tracking, and equips practices with training, marketing, and ongoing support. Additionally, it helps to strengthen patient loyalty, grow practice revenue, and deliver consistent care, the press release states.

With VisionHQ, practices can also launch plans tailored to their patient base, and offer a subscription-style model where patients can pay a monthly or annual fee in exchange for bundled vision benefits.

Further, the technology platform offers practices step-by-step onboarding, plan design, regular check-ins, and best practices for patient communication, according to the press release.
