Newton, formerly known as Neurolens, announced in a press release its acquisition of Founders Optical Lab. Newton says the combination of its technology and Founders Optical's commitment to service creates an enhanced platform that will benefit eyecare professionals and their patients.

The acquisition brings immediate benefits and long-term value to eyecare professionals. These include an elevated sequel lens rebate offering, an expanded Newton customer service team, increased resources for growth, and comprehensive product solutions, according to the press release.

As part of the integration process, Founders Optical says it will adopt Newton's standard operational policies, privacy policies, terms, conditions and processing fees. Additionally, the company says customers will continue to receive free shipping on all standard orders with autopay (ACH or credit card) enrollment. OM
