The Fundingsland Group will host a live virtual continuing education event, “The Eye Report: Tackling Inflammation, Eyelid Margin Disease, and Corneal Nerve Health,” on August 17 from 11 AM to 2 PM EST. The program is designed to equip eyecare practitioners with the latest insights and strategies for managing complex ocular surface and eyelid margin conditions.

According to a press release, learning objectives for the webinar are:
- identify and stage eyelid margin disease with imaging and clinical signs
- recognize key inflammatory pathways that affect the ocular surface
- understand how corneal nerve damage contributes to chronic symptoms
- implement targeted treatment regimens that are aligned with disease severity
- improve communication with patients about expectations and disease progression
The interactive, 3-hour, COPE-accredited, case-based program will be led by Marc Bloomenstein, OD, and Douglas Devries, OD, and will feature real-world cases, live polling, and clinical decision-making in real time. Additional faculty—Lindsey Bull, OD; Mitch Ibach, OD; and Cory J. Lappin, OD, MS—will present live case studies and review diagnostic workflows, treatments, and patient care.
“The Eye Report” is supported by unrestricted educational grants from Dompé US, Harrow, Johnson & Johnson Vision, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, and Thea Pharma.
