VSP Vision announced 3 new provider program enhancements designed to deliver greater value and support for practices. Beginning January 2026, practices participating in VSP Premier Edge and PECAA Max (Professional Eye Care Associates of America) will gain access to an enhanced online education platform, expanded recruiting services, and special pricing on select offerings, all at no additional cost, the company says in a press release.

UUniversity: Enhanced Online Training and Education Platform
VSP has redesigned and expanded its UUniversity online e-Learning platform to simplify training and education for all VSP network and non-network practices, as well as PECAA Max members, at no extra cost. The enhanced platform, the company says, will feature a combined library of current UUniversity offerings, plus courses from VSP Vision, VSP Premier Edge, and PECAA. It will also offer personalized course recommendations tailored to each learner.
VSP OD Recruitment Support
PECAA Max members on the VSP network will also have access to dedicated recruiting support to help ease the challenge of filling open optometrist roles. A VSP talent acquisition specialist will recruit, source, and match qualified candidates, helping practices stand out to a wider pool of applicants and recruit the best candidates to meet their needs at no extra cost, the company says.
Special Pricing on Select PECAA Offerings for Premier Edge Practices
Practices participating in VSP Premier Edge will gain access to special PECAA Max member pricing on select offerings, including certification courses, programs, and products for doctors, office staff, and patients.
These new resources, the company says, build on recent investments by VSP Vision to support the long-term success of private practices, including the launch of a new loan program in collaboration with Vision One Credit Union and the extension of the VSP Vision Exam Rebate available to PECAA Max members.
